Cynthia A Lagone, MD

In my clinic I focus on preventive health and primary care. I try to take a holistic approach when caring for my patients and incorporate their health objectives into their health care plan.

Gary J Martin, MD

I have enjoyed a wide variety of roles and experiences including: Program Director for the primary care IM residency we established, College Mentor for ~ 40 medical students, class of 2013 and 2017, Director of our M3 primary care clerkship, chaired our faculty group practice IT committee and Ambulatory QA committee, and served 18 years on our faculty group practice board of directors. Namratha R Kandula, MD, MPH

Associate Professor of Medicine (General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics) and Preventive Medicine

My primary research interests are to: 1) Eliminate health disparities by working with individuals and their communities to develop prevention interventions that reach underserved populations; 2) Inform health care system delivery of prevention that is patient and community-centered. My research integrates perspectives and methods from public health, social sciences, clinical science and public engagement because finding solutions to health disparities in an increasingly diverse U.S. population requires working across disciplines and beyond the walls of academia.

Jody D Ciolino, PhD

Assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine (Biostatistics) and Medicine (General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics)

Clinical studies applied to a wide range of disorders, diseases, and populations including those in the fields of gastroenterology, internal medicine and geriatrics, perinatal depression, mood disorders, and pediatrics. Clinical study design and conduct, randomization and treatment allocation techniques, database development and data (quality) monitoring, clinical trial data analyses and interim analyses.

Jeffrey A Linder, MD, MPH

Professor of Medicine (General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics)

Jeffrey A. Linder, MD, MPH, FACP is a general internist and primary care clinician-investigator. Dr. Linder is the Michael A. Gertz Professor of Medicine and the Chief of the Division of General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. Dr. Linder received his medical degree from Northwestern University School of Medicine, did a Fellowship in General Medicine and Primary Care at Massachusetts General Hospital, and has a Masters of Public Health degree from the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health.

Marianne M Green, MD

Professor of Medicine (General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics) and Medical Education

Clinically I am interested in the primary care of adults with acute and chronic illness. I value shared decision making with my patients and my role as care coordinator for patients with complex illnesses who see multiple providers. Academically I am interested in competency assessment for both undergraduate medical students and practicing physicians.

Bruce L Henschen, MD, MPH

Assistant Professor of Medicine (General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics)

I am currently a general internist at Northwestern. I received my MD and MPH degrees from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in 2012 and completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Northwestern in 2015. I served as Chief Medical Resident during 2015-2016 and am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics.

Eric W Terman, MD

Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine (General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics)

I have been deeply involved in medical decision making from the perspective of psychological and fact driven decisions. I enjoy nearly all aspects of managing general medical problems from cholesterol to autoimmune disease to travel medicine... I try to maximize my patients health and quality of life.
