Senior Faculty Academy

Purpose: To connect senior and retired faculty within the Department of Medicine with opportunities for mentoring, education, clinical work, committee and department support, philanthropy, and social events.

About Our Program: The Senior Faculty Academy has opportunities to shape the strategy of how Northwestern Department of Medicine engages and involves all senior and retired faculty. Our society fosters spirit, professional interaction, mentoring, and philanthropy. The efforts of the society help to ensure the continued success of the medical school.

Mission: Harness the expertise and experience of senior and retired faculty to enhance the core of missions of the Department of Medicine.

Criteria: Masters are faculty who are retired, semi-retired or are in the latter part or "second half" of their career.
