Mentoring
This committee focuses on ongoing mentorship opportunities to foster junior faculty. Opportunities include:
- Help junior faculty review biosketches
- Help junior faculty (with 1-7 years tenure) with grant submissions
- Assist junior faculty with bio statistical data
- Help faculty with publications pre-submission
- Build a portfolio and research team
- Develop or participate in a mentoring match program
- Conduct a mock study section
